Frosted Flakes

Paul Bowers

Sugary sweet,

And crunchy too,

Such a treat

That’s good for you.

Eat ‘em up

For breakfast or lunch,

Or even for supp-

Er, they’re so fun to munch.

Like that cool cat named Tony,

You can get supercharged.

If you’re scrawny and bony,

You’ll get macho and large.

Then, you can do anything,

Like soccer or basketball,

Or even hang a hammock swing

Or slam dunk a ball.

Oh, those Frosted Flakes,

You know they’re more than good,

They’re a great thing that Kellogg’s makes,

The grrrreatest breakfast food.

Frosted Flakes

This is a poem about the true love of my life, the one and only Frosted Flakes.  There’s really nothing sweeter than when you get to the bottom of a box of Frosted Flakes and scoop out all the leftover sugar and crunch on it and let it melt in your mouth.  Oh, yeah.
